Keatons have been very poor throughout my tenancy. They ignored requests or delayed taking action for weeks at a time and then sent my deposit I paid separately to someone else. Would not use them again.

It took over 3 weeks to process the letting agreement. Keatons did not keep me informed during this process. Whenever I called to ask for updates, they would assign a new agent to my case. I felt like, once I settled with this property, they didn't care about doing their job anymore.

GoogleThey scammed me 50£ for "Admin fee", done ping pong with my request of contract in between realtor due to holiday. Natalie the worst communication i ever had with someone. Luckily i paid deposit to the tennant and managed to get it back. Scammers, unworthy of trust!

GoogleThis agency is unbelievable. I had to try for 3 weeks to view a property, they promised for an email, never followed up. Nobody taking calls. Finally getting through they just said it’s sold. Then they insisted me to view another property today so I cancelled my work to attend, but they didn’t show up and not contactable AT ALL via any phone or email. What an incredible experience. Do you think this is believable? Landlords please avoid.
