I have being buying a house through Keaton's. The agent is Lak Singh. He has been first rate. He understood my 'needs', or requirements. I am moving with my autistic son. Lak persuaded me to look at a house, that I had been reluctant to view. Lak said it ticked all my boxes, and he turned out to be right. My son is very happy with the new place that he is moving to. GoogleKEATONS have been proactive from the start. As a long term landlord in Stratford, we severed relationships with our previous agent due to poor service. Shani at KEATONS was our first point of contact and was knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated KEATONS thoroughness. They responded quickly and accurately to each of our requests. Our property was on the market for 1 day before it was let. A good team, who coordinate well across departments.

FacebookI’ve no idea where to start and finishing commenting how they handle maintenance issues and their customer service is simply so poor. Tenants have many duties and no rights! If not the right to get at ‘we apologise’ to any issue! An update on my review..... I’ve envíen been told that as tenant I’m not even considered a customer! And that landlord are entitled to ask for any sum of money even though the reason goes against the tenancy agreement!!!!
