Disgraceful

Absolutely awful estate agents. Couldn’t fix basic issues in our flat, they use awful tradesmen who literally cause more damage than they fix. Keatons served a us section 21 notice on a Friday afternoon two days after a flood in our flat. No willingness to help tenants whatsoever, a money grabbing establishment with no empathy and disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

The house search full package

Having to look at so many estate agents can be an arduous task, but I found Keatons have a great variety and large volume of properties coming on the market, so I was happy to just use them for my property search. The agents were also great, Justine in particular was with us every step of the way, regularly getting in touch with new properties that matched our search, and being fast and flexible for booking viewings.

We sold our home with Keatons and after our initial conversations with Jack G we were left very impressed with his straightforward manner. There were no hyped up promises unlike one or two other local agents. From then on we were very well looked after by Martina, particularly, as we had a buyer who was occasionally impatient due the nature of the chain we were in. They and she in particular worked hard to make the process as easy as it could have been despite some of the legal people involved doing the opposite.

We have been very impressed with the overall efficiency and professionalism of Keatons Stratford. From the start, we have been kept up to date and informed. Max was a friendly and knowledgeable estate agent. We never felt pressured by him and he was available when we wanted for viewings. Martina has been excellent at guiding us through the process. She is extremely articulate and was always on hand to answer our queries. In addition, she managed our relationship with the seller very well. Overall we would definitely recommend Keatons.
