Great tenancy experience🥳

Keatons has been a great agency to be associated with and this has been made possible by our property manager- Steve. Steve has always been available for any queries and issues with the property and provides quick resolution for any disruptions. We have been living at the property since last 6 years and there has never been an instance where Steve could not help up. Overall, I’d rate it as a great experience with the agency with awesome managers like Steve.

Do not rent a Keaton's managed property.

Keatons, and Hilary Laviniere of the Bow office specifically, manage a property that we are letting on behalf of a private landlord. In short, they are atrocious.Hilary shows zero regard whatsoever for their responsibility to make repairs within reasonable timeframes. If you want to live in a property where you have no access to basic utilities for months at a time, let Hilary be your property manager. If you want to spend your free time chasing apathetic people, let Hilary be your property manager. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

Justine made the process so easy!

Given how crazy it is to try and find a flat at the moment, Justine from Keatons made the whole process so easy. She was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had, and helped to make things happen quickly from the moment we decided to make an offer on the property. She was flexible in arranging viewings and even let us back in once our offer had been accepted to take some measurements etc. Overall a great experience, I would definitely use Keatons again!

Poor communication / unresolved damp & painting

We have been in our new house over 7 weeks. Despite being assured by staff from Keatons that mould would be dealt with, rooms would be repainted either before we moved in or shortly after, it still has not happened. I have spent hours of my time chasing Keatons for this to be resolved. Whilst they said they are waiting on approval from the landlord, they have at times taken over a week to respond and only after me sending multiple emails chasing. In addition to this, one of our issues is rising damp which is the responsibility of the landlord to fix. I don't understand how this hasn't been resolved in nearly 2 months. Keaton's job is to communicate with the landlord and look after us as tenants. This has not happened. I was told I could chase contractors for our repainting and damp, which is surely the role of whoever is managing our property. I feel if there was intention and care towards us, their clients, this would have been resolved in this 7 week time frame.It appears yet again to be a case of estate agents over promising and under delivering.

I approached Keatons to look for an apartment with my partner. Alessandro showed us a few apartments. He was friendly, showed us some really nice apartments, as well as showed us a bit of the neighborhood. He also answered any questions we had, and in general was extremely helpful. OJ (Alku) was just fantastic

OJ (Alku) was just fantastic. I spoke to two agents when I decided to sell the flat and while OJ had the benefit of Keatons being my reliable lettings agent on his side, his confident and honest manner won the deal (from his competitor who is technically best agent in the neighbourhood according to getagent). Communication has been open and incredibly efficient which I’ve really valued. Despite personal events and the complications with getting to exchange, OJ has been patient. We have another flat to sell/let and I will be asking OJ/Keatons to help.
