OJ very helpful and responsive. His character and ability at his job made the purchase more straightforward. He worked with my time restrictions After his involvement was passed on to Chloe I found it less satisfactory. The timings and pressure on my time were inappropriate especially as there had been a delay from when I had booked leave in Feb and the ability to contact her difficult. I didn’t feel I had reasonable communication at that point being away from the Kentish Town branch

Top class experience so far with Marc Nicklin. He's a thorough professional and takes his work seriously - he responded to us even though he was off work due to illness, that speaks volume of his work ethic. He has been really easy to reach out whenever we need answers to our queries. GoogleMy experience with Keatons and specifically Lauren, has been great! She is very prompt and available. I did not have the chance to see the flat before moving in, so was slightly apprehensive but Lauren made sure it was at an acceptable standard before I moved in. Would definitely recommend!!
