I have let two properties through Keatons and the quality of service is absolutely first rate. This week, Keatons took less than 24 hours to find good quality tenants for one of my apartments!My dealings have been with the Canary Wharf office where Olcay gave up an evening of his own time to help put together some furniture and even got his brother in to help. I didn't even know about this until after the event - and there was no question of an additional charge being made. Paul is in regular contact and always on top of my affairs. Shaun is a legendary tenant finder and Charley is efficient and proactive. There are other people who I know work as hard behind the scenes as all administrative matters are dealt with extremely efficiently - so thank you to Charlotte Riley.I have used other agents and Keatons are by far the best. Their day-to-day service is better than I have ever received but they then go the extra mile on top of that. Even my tenants comment on how professional and committed to high quality service Keatons are.

I’ve been a long term landlord with Keatons for a house I rent out in Stepney Green. We’ve had excellent services especially from Corina Tohaneanu who reports and fixes issues promptly, Oscar Pace who has always found us good tenants and good rental income and Rebecca Cousins who makes sure all the legal are sorted. Also can’t forget Cass Waples who was incredibly helpful in my HMO application. Definitely recommend these guys. Worth the money you spend to use their services.

GoogleI used Keatons Stratford for the sale of my flat, and found their service to be of a very high standard. They were honest from the outset about what prices they thought they could achieve unlike others who gave unrealistic valuations. Although I dealt with Jack and the 2 Maxes at the start, my main point of contact as things progressed was Stuart. He was exceedingly professional, and made a stressful process very simple. I have moved out of the area, but am already planning on my next move and am lamenting the fact that there isn't a Keatons in the area! Yes, you pay more than the online services, but still they were reasonable, and actually got the place sold unlike a lot of the online sites that I probably am not allowed to mention by name on here. I am so glad we went with our instincts and did it the traditional way.

Keatons acted as agent in our sale of our property. Throughout the process they were available, easy to reach and kept totally on top of things. The process felt closely managed and even when there were bumps in the road I felt clear that I knew what was happening. The team were very clear on advising on the market and conditions and I found this very helpful. I felt like Keatons worked hard for their commission and I'd definitely use them again.
