This was my first flat letting due to moving abroad. The timeframe was very tight - within a month and over the Christmas period Keatons had let my flat and took on full management. Well done, I would not hesitate to recommend you..

I have already had an excellent opinion about Elizabeth Prize so when I was advised that they were bought by another company I was very sceptical and in addition, my expectations were high. Keaton's honestly did not disappoint. The staff have always been friendly, professional and courteous. I recently went through the process of the tenant vacating, re-marketing and finding a new tenant. This entails a lot of work and good co-ordination and thanks to Ross's leadership and Charlotte's and Elza's runaround it all worked out very well in the end. Keaton's replaced the oven in one day after I raised a concern (the oven kept tripping the switch in the fusebox when it reached temperature). Completely replaced the next day to a great quality oven with no issues.
