We had a nice experience with Keatons Stratford and the whole process was seamless. Alex was friendly when showing us the apartment and was eager to answer all our questions. Natalie, also facilitated anything we needed for the start of our tenancy and any questions we had she promptly came back with answers. Since Keatons Stratford took over management of my rental property things have run very smoothly, in particular Natalie Craddock' managing the administrative aspects of checking perspective new tenants and the handover process between tenancies. Also the sales team for advising on current rental rates and attracting a professional group of tenants.

GoogleKeatons have let and managed my house for 4 years, they are very responsive, professional and focused. The photos and 3D walkthrough of the house were fantastic. There was unfortunately a fire at the house last year and Hayley Kew made that horrible process much easier and more manageable. Also general issues in the past have been handled very promptly by James Carpenter who has been very helpful. Now we’re out the other side with a repaired house and Keeley and Shani quickly had a number of prospective tenants view the house and move in is completed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Rebecca Cousins and Daniel John from the agency provided outstanding service and supported us from the process of application for the apartment until after moving in. I was helped by Michael, from viewing the property to the final move in date; who made the process very comfortable and transparent. He also helped me prepare by proving all the right info and was helpful whenever I had any questions. I think Keatons is one of the best experience I have had with any letting agency so far.
