GoogleI can’t recommend Keatons (Wanstead & Stratford) enough, Justine Reynolds and the whole team have been fantastic the entire process. Ms Reynolds went above and beyond helping us secure our property in Wanstead, she even stayed late at work to allow us access into the property as we were both working late. She has been kind, friendly and supportive from start to finish!

Shani, Lauren and Rebecca helped us out with various work on tenant finding, property maintenance and to secure a refund from the deposit scheme to cover property repairs. They have been very helpful，professional, friendly, patient and very good at communicating promptly with us. No matter how busy they were, whenever we emailed them, they had replied us very quickly and they were’ there to assist with any requests and take quick action sorting out any issues. Great experience with letting our apartment via Keatons. As non-resident landlords, we looked for an agency to provide peace of mind and Keatons has definitely delivered. On top of that, we recently had our tenants moving abroad, and Luke Bull was able to provide great new tenants in a very short timeframe. All in all very happy with the overall experience.

We sold our flat with Keatons and they were helpful and professional throughout. We dealt with Dean for our valuation which was quick and accurate and Richard for our sale who found us solid buyers quickly and maintained good contact throughout. GoogleThe most patient and professional sales staff. My sale took about 5 months to complete through no fault of the agent; the staff (Max, Chloe and Ryan were extremely patient and understanding of my daily calls for updates (sometimes 5 times a day due lack of comms from the buyer's solicitor). They always answered the phone and never made me feel like I was a hassle, and always kept me updated with any communication they had and this was throughout the lockdown and closures. They even waited in our of hours to allow access for a fire risk assessment which was beyond their call of duty. Great staff and really appreciate their help.
