Keatons have been managing our property for quite a while now and have just recently helped with new tenant. Overall usual professional service from team in particular Hilary, Oscar and Natalie. Each one so helpful, quick to reply and keeping us updated through what can be a worrying process.

GoogleThe most patient and professional sales staff. My sale took about 5 months to complete through no fault of the agent; the staff (Max, Chloe and Ryan were extremely patient and understanding of my daily calls for updates (sometimes 5 times a day due lack of comms from the buyer's solicitor). They always answered the phone and never made me feel like I was a hassle, and always kept me updated with any communication they had and this was throughout the lockdown and closures. They even waited in our of hours to allow access for a fire risk assessment which was beyond their call of duty. Great staff and really appreciate their help. Shout out to Steven Gadd who was very helpful in arranging for furniture upgrades and overall flat improvements during our contract renewal.There were a few teething issues we did have with Keatons in terms of our flat contract moving over to Keatons from another property rental service. This is possibly due to that it happened whilst a few people involved were on leave. Overall though Steven our property manager has been very available to communicate with and discuss issues.

I rented my flat out through the Bow office. I dealt with Billy to find the tenants and subsequently Jay who helped with all the necessary works to be done on the flat before the tenants moved in. The overall service has been great from everybody and I would recommend using Keatons if you need to rent your flat out in the area.

GoogleSince Keatons Stratford took over management of my rental property things have run very smoothly, in particular Natalie Craddock managing the administrative aspects of checking perspective new tenants and the handover process between tenancies. Also the sales team for advising on current rental rates and attracting a professional group of tenants.

GoogleVery poor service and unnecessary delays. My request to add a tenant was held up for few weeks citing landlord approval, and even after approval, there has been no progress or communication from the agency. Disappointing experience overall

Fantastic letting agents! Right from the beginning with Billy Haspineall, Keaton's Bow have been excellent to work with. Billy was friendly, helpful and transparent. By far the best letting agent we've ever had and all issues are picked up really quickly by Jay and the team at Bow. Couldn't recommend Billy and Keaton's enough.
