Keaton's replaced the oven in one day after I raised a concern (the oven kept tripping the switch in the fusebox when it reached temperature). Completely replaced the next day to a great quality oven with no issues.

very unprofessional agents. estate agent during the viewing wasnt welcoming and friendly, it was hard to get any questions answered, all she cared about was how to get home on saturday's afternoon. we been told by Justine that construction works in the building will take about a month, whilst from what i've seen - it will take over 6months to complete, with a public entrance to the flat is not isolated from outdoors at alli've still sent an offer but it was never confirmed that it was sent to the landlord - it was never confirmed in writing how long works will also take. all they want are stupid people who will live under slave conditions and ask no questionswouldnt not recommend, avoid

Keatons have managed my flat for over ten years, Mark Peavot has been amazing as has Danielle recently. All the people i have worked with there have been great and made my life so much easier as a landlord. Recently Danielle Kemp helped me with a leak she was so great and answered all my questions and calls. I cant recommend Keatons enough!!!
