GoogleWe were on the market for 11 years with Rook Mathews and NOT one Viewing. They did absolutely nothing they said they would do on initiation back in 2008. Lucky we were not desperate to move. Months and years would go by without contact from them. I paid them upfront for advertising which I would advise against. Avoid this company for sure. They valued the property, initially, then gradually convinced me to lower the price to quicken the sale, that inevitably did not happen. I changed to another agent, and had 5 views in 3 months.
