It turned out I sold and bought with RMS and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Every single member of the team at the Ponteland branch for my purchase were amazing. We sold our flat and despite a pandemic and RMS closing the local office during the sale we couldn’t have experienced a more professional service. In fact, Laura from RMS was on the ball throughout and did a better job than our solicitor. Without her we’d never have known our solicitor was causing a delay. We’ll definitely use RMS when we sell our next property - not so sure about the solicitor.
