GoogleTried to view a dream property for sale with Pat Robson and got ignored every single time, although I was a cash buyer. The property was in Fenham and I was very keen on it and phoned Pat Robson multiple times to try view the house but every time the agents would start typing in my details then mysteriously go speak to management for no apparent reason (I take it you have blacklisted me for no apparent reason although I have never bought, sold or rented off you). Due to the service you gave me here is a 1 star review (I would have given you zero stars if it was possible). Stay away from these scumbags there a waste of time.

Through it all, progressing the sale was paramount both for vendors and purchasers, and to that end Tom was relentless in his pursuit of a favourable outcome. GoogleI contacted Pat Robson & Co. in pursuit of guidance RE: letting out my property. I spoke with Charlotte, who was a fountain of knowledge on all things rental - and a real beacon of light in a subject matter that I found myself completely in the dark in. Should you find yourself in need of assistance, I would beckon you to contact Charlotte who was a reay of sunshine in my search for further knowledge. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

GoogleHorrible! Arrived in a very dirty flat with a leak in the bathroom. Said leak in the bathroom took months to be fixed, I reported it immediately but all they did was tell me to use the glass screen when I take a shower. Thank you Pat Robson for this precious insight, next time I need someone to explain how showers work I'll ring you. Several months later that leak started going into the neighbour's bedroom and he complained. Then they finally fixed it and of course said I hadn't warned them. Found some of the previous tenant's underwear behind the radiator. Flat door stopped closing after a while, took three days to fix. Building fire alarm started ringing one night, I couldn't turn it off myself as it was on a high ceiling. Pat Robson refused to fix it in the morning and I had to wait for it to run out of battery about 24 hours later. Front door to the building wouldn't close at one point, had to call several times to get anything done about it, apparently it's "not their responsibility because it's the building not the flat", well you should know who the other landlords are, do your job. Took way too long to get fixed. This was in December and it was snowing, the draft from the open door made my flat freezing. Cleaned the flat thoroughly when I left but they charged me 170 pounds for cleaning.

As we explained during your tenancy, we are limited with our control regarding communal issues when there are multiple owners within a building. Please refer to the deposit schemes adjudication decision which explains why monies were claimed for cleaning at the end of your tenancy after this was independently assessed.
