Very helpful agents! Loved the checks at the start of the year to establish existing damage. However me and my flat mate were charged for cleaning the oven to the standard it was at the start of the year when it was vile and we cleaned it and it was never clean. But it wasn’t a huge amount of money. But overall good.

GoogleI would recommend Pat Robson. I lived in a property managed by them for more than three years. Every time I had to renew the contract, all the paperwork was sorted in a couple of days max. The property manager (Laura) was exceptional. She always responded to our emails promptly and helped to quickly resolve any issues we had.

GoogleVery poor service. Our showers did not work properly when we moved in in August; they weren’t fixed until April despite our numerous complaints. Avoid at all costs

FacebookVery dishonest company, been managing tyneside flats since the late 1990’s but has lied about the shared responsibility of drains and sewers. Not the first time either.

Your Landlord handles all maintenance and we communicate all issues to your Landlord once they are reported to us. Please be aware that we do not have the authority to carry out maintenance without your Landlords authorisation. I understand how you can confuse the two, however as soon as we are authorised to do so we act on all maintenance within the required timeframes. Thanks, Property Management Team
