FacebookWhenever a problem has come to our attention, and we have communicated this to Pat Robson, our property manager is always quick in responding and immediately gets someone out to help resolve the situation. The only downside that comes to mind however, is the lack of understanding for the need of locks on bedrooms in a student home - which are regularly a target for burglaries.

We received a new tumble dryer, toaster, oven and fridge during our 12 month contract due to the old ones being in poor condition so they looked after us. We received most of our deposit back which was fair. The only real negative was that I had to pay £35 for a reference for my new house

FacebookVery inefficient in dealing with tenants' inquiries. Poor communication combined with a total lack of willingness to carry out repairs. You can also be certain they will try to keep some of your rent deposit money as it happened in my case. They decided to deduct cleaning costs even though we had thoroughly cleaned the property and provided them with photos to prove it. Avoid like a plague.
