The staff could not have been more helpful, caring and pleasant regarding the sale of my elderly mother's home. They were sensitive to her situation; kind and respectful. They accompanied all viewings. Communication was excellent. Special thank you to Victoria.

The Trusted AgentInspections
Always very helpful and professional. Offers handy tips for issues for example; condensation and how to treat/avoid. Very flexible in arranging times and dates for inspection. Very approachable and good customer service. Always has a personal touch on outcomes of inspection for example; saying a hello to my puppy and daughter and wishing is well.

The Trusted AgentFriendly, helpful and proactive serivce
It has been a pleasure dealing with Northwood (West Road). The ladies were so helpful and, more importantly, proactive during the purchase of our property - without their tenacity, pushing solicitors, I'm sure we'd still be waiting to move in! Thank you ladies, I can confirm that you truly provide an excellent service.
Thank you so much for your review! We really value your comments and are so pleased you are happy with our service. Good luck with the renovation of your new home.

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service from an Excellent Organisation
As a landlord renting out property it can be an extremely stressful time so when I heard about Northwood guarantee letting scheme I made enquires, from the first phone call then through out the whole tenancy agreement Northwood have been absolutely fantastic, they have been professional, friendly and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I have now put a second property of mine on the guaranteed letting scheme as I am so happy with their service and I wouldn't consider renting any other way now. Finally as an Organisation Northwood value their customers, listen to their feedback and place their customers satisfaction at the heart of their business. I can not recommend this Organisation enough, they are brilliant.

The Trusted AgentGreat Agents with expert local knowledge
I can not rate these guys and girls in the west road branch high enough, Everyone we have had contact with has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our house sale has its extra challenges from our pets to area, but these have been met with positive solutions rather than can't do! We made the mistake of putting our house for sale with a well known online agent and the differences between them and Northwood could not be more apparent. Thank you very much for your help and continuing updates.
