I have moved quite a few times in Newcastle over the last few years and never had particularly good experiences with letting agents. My experience with Mansons was completely different in that they were very professional and efficient. They kept me up to date all the way through, I never had to ask information or chase them on anything, and all the staff I had dealings with were very friendly and helpful.

We spent two years at a Mansons managed property and we were always impressed with their professional and friendly manner. Any issues we had with the property were dealt with swiftly where possible. Also we were impressed with Mansons honesty in dealing with all aspects of managing the property. We also felt that the took property inspections seriously and did a thorough job. We would recommend Mansons to any tenant or landlord

I was very impressed by Gav, He is a very friendly 'what you see is what you get' person. If he promised to do something he delivered, I didn't have to chase him once to do anything. On the day I got the keys to the flat I was renting everything was explained and handed over - very efficient - no waffling. Thank you.

Went to view a flat to rent and liked it. I rang to let them know I liked it and check they would accept my dog. Within 48 hours they had checked with landlord about my dog and all references were back. They emailed me straight away with info on how to pay deposit and what I needed to do next etc and dates were set to sign and collect keys. I've moved a lot and this has been the quickest and most efficient company yet!

My first experience of private tenancy so I was a bit worried. I had to contact kayley a few times throughout the tenancy. She was quick to respond, she persuaded the landlord to make some enhancements and if she couldn't help she would tell me why.
