WORST ESTATE AGENTS, BEWARE !

This review is for the Low fell branch, couldn't find any where to leave a review, I wonder why! The treatment recieved from this agent is worse than diabolical, they have no customer service what so ever, talk down to you when complaining, liars and don't return calls at all. Charge you for every little thing, even when the fault was on your own items, that they failed to repair in the first place. I would not use these agents again and would warn others to stay away, they give estate agent a terrible name. ANYONE THINKING OF GOING TO RENT A PROPERTY FROM THESE, DON'T !!!!......

AVOID at all costs!

Avoid this corrupt company at all costs. They take your money, but do no work in the house. Full of promises, do nothing. Section 21 issued after complaining of house, we were forced to move out a month before Xmas.. it's still empty now in February!...

3rd time's a kick between the legs!

This is the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. I rented through them a few years ago and they not only witheld our deposit despite pristine condition (we left it in deposit protection, ha!) but left us without a bath for months after it sunk away from the wall a few weeks after we moved in! Disgusting attitude then, and hasn't changed one bit. I'm now viewing properties to buy and AGAIN have been completely messed around by Andrew Craig. The 1st time no one was at the property, so I rang up only to be told they had booked the wrong week in - I had just driven 1hr to get there. This time, and it will be the last, I was 40 minutes in to my journey when I noticed a missed call. On calling back I was told they had double booked themselves and everyone had been called through the week (I hadn't) and voicemails had been left (they hadn't). Oh & the call, at 10.30am on a Saturday, was to ask if I was attending the now 10am viewing I hadn't responded to.... talk about after the fact.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I wouldnt even give 1 star to this company. Stay away at all costs! They are liars! I just tried to complain and they said they didnt believe me because their colleague was saying a different story. Of course they wouldnt tell the truth. They are lovely until you sign that agreement then they do nothing, if you try to get anything fixed they wait weeks to get it sorted. Dont expect them to ring you you have to ring them. Honestly its not worth the chew!

DO NOT RENT FROM LIARS

Im currently renting from Andrew Craig, I went with them because they was suppose to be in charge and be in control of any situations that may arise. soon after the contracts were signed they asked me to deal with landlord direct in relation to the plumbing or house maintenance. I have problems with my landlord and I have no support from Andrew craig when asked they say the landlord do not pay for the maintenance then what on earth are they for.??????? the whole point to go to a reputable agent so I don't encounter problems I should have gone private. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY IM PAYING THERE WAGES AND FOR WHAT TO SITT ON THERE BUMS

The Sunderland branch employees are useless, booked a viewing for a property they had on for sale with a miss Taylor from there Sunderland branch took time off work got to the property and the women I spoke to didn’t even know I was coming.” Very un professional “ turns out she didn’t even submit the viewing onto the system.

Relentless sales progression effort

This property was on the market with two agencies. Andrew Craig got back to me days ahead of the other. The sales progression effort was excellent and relentless. It needed to be because progress from the vendors solitcitors was at best glacial.
