Had an appointment to view a property. Got a little lost on the way so I called them to confirm the address. Waited over half an hour and nobody turned up even though they knew we were waiting at the property. Emailed to ask what had happened and was willing to arrange another viewing as we were really interested in the property but got no reply at all. So unprofessional.

I only went to Andrew Craig for a third valuation. However, the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff was outstanding. They kept me in the loop at every stage, and gave prompt feedback from visits. They were proactive with regards to selling the property and answered any questions I had. I can’t praise the service of the staff of the Gosforth staff at Andrew Craig highly enough for the professional and friendly service we received when buying a house. We had a designated agent who dealt with our case and kept us informed throughout and I can’t praise the professionalism and patience of Alison Gadomski highly enough to have survived months of dealing with both of us .

GoogleSorry but I feel that I can only give one Star for Instructing Andrew Craig to put my property on the market to sell. From the very beginning I had nothing but problems the agents having the correct phone number to get in-touch to start the whole process I was origanally given a different price to what I paid In the end I found that I was chasing for updates myself I was told my solicitor was based locally when In-fact my solicitors were based In Wakefield yet another problem getting Information to the solicitors ie, my Identification needing to pay the Post Office to Certify that for the purpose of proving my identification I had to pay for and to have these documents sent by special delivery to guarantee my solicitor Jordanna Senior at Core Legal I had ENDLESS PROBLEMS FROM start to finish Two weeks after I had sent all of my documents that my solicitor above had requested me complete and return including all of my verified documents I sent by special delivery as-well as pay around twenty pounds to print all the required documents at the library for my solicitor It took my solicitor two whole weeks to Acknowledge that these documents had even been posted which In turn delayed everything to do with the house sale to my horror. Some of the Staff at Andrew Craig were helpful but again this was all too late as I had already had to deal with such a-lot I made Andrew Craig aware of this all I can say Is I would not use Andrew Craig again I am very much aware of how long these things take to complete but even the gentleman and his wife buying my property felt the same as me at the end I could not have been more patient about the outcome and how long It took and the Sheer stress that was caused Totally un-necessary!!

GoogleThe lettings team at Andrew Craig Gosforth branch have done an outstanding job of finding tenant's for Regent's Plaza, a build to rent development, consisting of 70 apartments. The building was fully occupied within the short target time frame. They diligently qualified all the prospective tenant's and carried out viewings until 70 sets of tenants were found who satisfied our referencing criteria. The process was seamless and we are delighted to have built an excellent ongoing relationship with the team.

Andrew Craig in fulwell, at first when we were selling a property with them were ok, they were keen for us to reduce the price not a lot of support, our house sold, then fell through but sold quickly after that, this is when the problem started the house we were buying was going through probate, there was No support from them at all!! It was all for pushy female buying our house, they rang the estate agent selling the house we were buying but never passed on information to us but passed it to woman buying house we were selling so we had to get information ourselves which opposite agent found very bad as did our solicitors, I even questioned this and spoke to a lady working for andrew craig who agreed it was wrong , but no change when the probate went through our solicitor wanted to complete on Tuesday and we received a very rude call from an elderly woman saying we had to complete when buyer wanted and we could not have a say, even complaining about the keys not taken straight after they called, do not use this estate agent very expensive for the service you get, very rude staff, not worth your time ,

I'd used Andrew Craig Estate Agents previously so I had confidence that I would receive an efficient and professional service when the time came for me to sell my home.On this occasion, however, there were several factors affecting the national economy adversely and I felt a little anxious that this sale may not run quite so smoothly. However, from the outset - the initial appraisal with Debbie Sinclair, Head of Sales - I was met with a positive, pro-active approach and a clear and wide ranging marketing plan was produced.Viewings and subsequent offers followed quickly, handled by the team at the Jarrow branch and overseen by Michelle Pattinson, Senior Sales Advisor. Throughout the marketing campaign and during the conveyancing process, I was able to rely on the back-up and guidance of Michelle and her colleagues. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and with clarity. All of my dealings with the Jarrow branch were handled professionally but always in a way which was friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Craig Estate Agents and I very much appreciate the skills and the support I received from Michelle and all of the Jarrow branch team.
