Professional Estate Agents

After being recommended to us we decided to use Andrew Craig to help us sell our rental property. The staff there proved to be very patient and professional as, although the property sold quickly, there was a prolonged wait until the property actually became vacant and the sale was able to complete. We weren’t made to feel under any pressure throughout the process and Nicola kept in contact with us on a regular basis liaising between ourselves and the buyers.

Amazing service

The whole process with Andrew Craig was great. I viewed a few property’s and have been using them for months before I found my perfect property. All of the staff at Jarrow were amazing and helped me every step of the way. Beth was particularly great and was so supportive and always available whenever I needed her via email or call. Highly professional estate agents

The Boldon office were extremely professional throughout the selling process. Julie and Alex were responsive and engaged and ensured I was fully informed. Some of the viewers did suggest that they would have liked to receive a bit more information about the property before the viewing but on the whole I feel that Andrew Craig's years of experience of selling property in the area and understanding of the market really paid off for me and the whole process, from putting the house on the market to completion, took just over two months.

Amazing!

Olivia helped me with the purchase of my very first home, and she was nothing short of an absolute godsend. The whole situation was very stressful as a solo first time buyer, but Olivia was a breath of fresh air and made everything SO much easier for me. She never made me feel like any of my (many) questions were silly, and went out of her way to make sure that I understood each step of the process. She was understanding and supportive through the whole process, and took so much stress out of the situation. After many months of having 2 successive, potential buyers withdraw from the buying process (1 just before exchange of contracts), I have finally completed a sale on the third attempt. During that time, the staff at Andrew Craig have almost become my adopted family. Without exception, they have been instantly reactive in addressing any un-foreseen issues, whilst also being proactive in anticipating potential issues and moving forward to expedite matters. The girls were always polite and professional even though I was at times very frustrated with the slowness of the Buyer and his Solicitor. His incessant requests for reductions was ridiculous but the girls kept me calm and convinced me not to withdraw my property. They chased the Solicitor and kept me up to date and I completed today. I had such a fantastic time dealing with Andrew Craig whilst buying my first house. Alison was our primary contact and she is possibly one of the most on the ball people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. She was fast to reply and was very helpful with any questions/requests. Our solicitor also spoke highly of how helpful she was being. All the other girls in the office who would usually answer the phone if Alison wasn’t available were fantastic too.
