Bought a house from them. Process went smoothly and they kept on top of chasing up all legal parties involved. After buying the house found that there was asbestos at the property, they agreed to go halves on the removal. Would recommend dealing with them and will probably use them in the future when I come to sell my house.

As a new landlord I couldn’t more happy with the service I’ve had from Heywoods. I was apprehensive as this is all very new to me, however Lottie was able to provide the time to give me all the information I needed and was able to answer all of the questions I had to put my mind at ease. The turn around from our initial meeting to the property having viewings has be so efficient. I have recently sold my house with Heywoods. Chelsey came to see me, and I explained that I was looking for a quick sale. Chelsey gave me great advice and took photos on the initial visit which was tuesday lunch time. The house was on the market at 9am the next day and by 11:30am I had received my first offer at asking price!
