The moment my Agent came to see me who was a lovely lady called Maria, I felt at ease and trusted her knowledge to value my property and arranged for it to go to market. Had our first investment property renovation complete in October 24. Met with the lettings team on a Saturday as soon as the property was ready, and within just one week the property has been let to a long term (well referenced) tenant. We were well informed about the whole process before it began. All our questions were answered, and every step of the process has been handled brilliantly by each of the agents team along the way. Phoned up to get an idea of what kind of cosmetic enhancements I would be able to make on my property to make it not only sellable but also increase the value of the property as well as the best periods to sell. Jessica was not only very friendly and professional but also a well of useful information. Upon listening to her advise I was quickly and efficiently brought up to speed within minutes on what I needed to do and where best to focus my attention. We have recently had our roof cleaned to remove the moss and chimney pointed where required by Phil and Mike of Heywoods. Phil originally came to view the work required and advised a quote would be sent by Friday of the same week. This was sent by Hannah who was very prompt and efficient with her emails advising of their process and providing invoices for paymeny. We accepted the quote and a convenient date was arranged. Phil and Mike arrived promptly at 9am on the agreed date. They covered the drive to keep it clean. They also went to our neighbours on each side to inform them that some of the moss and dirt from the roof may go onto their property but they would clean it up. They did an excellent job and left everywhere clean and tidy including our neighbours properties. It was nice to deal with a company that do what they say they are going to and do it when they say they are going to do it. An excellent service. Thanks Phil, Mike and Hannah.

Taken half of the deposit Absolute shocking experience

Absolute shocking experience at the end. Watch out as they will rinse the deposit from you. Before we moved we cleaned the house from top to bottom, carpet cleaned the floors and the furniture etc. It was perfect and i wish I had just left it and not spent a penny on the cleaning. There was no guidance on what a professional cleaning standard they wanted or that we could touch up the paint where there were a few scuffs on the walls. Also that I had to clean weeds out of the garden etc. Also they had this business go to do the before shots which were photos taken by a satalite of floors and then the now shots literally 2 inches away. There was a 5 pence on the floor and they took a photo of it. A spec of fluff and there was a photo of it. Also if I could touch up the walls they never gave any guidance on the colour paint to get or that it could be done. All their response has been make a complaint but here is the costs that the landlord has put in Charged half of the deposit for something that would take 20 minutes to touch up some marks. Throughout there were issues where I had to wait for a week with a water leak and another week without a cooker. The Blinds fell down three times and each time I had to report it as the wall was collapsing and then they charge you for marks on the curtains because they kept falling off thats why. It is a joke of a firm and customer service
