GoogleThey never return your deposit, no matter how much good condition you return your property. They will charge you cleaning fees even when you return it in a cleaner condition than when you received before. My advice is to spend your deposit full before signing off from your property.

Dear Mr Saha,
Rental deposits are secured with a government approved scheme at the commencement of a tenancy. Once secured with the deposit protection scheme we have no control over how the deposit is allocated.
At the end of the tenancy, if the landlord and tenant do not agree on of the allocation of the deposit for any cleaning, damages or rent arrears, it will be decided by the deposit scheme adjudicators.
Adjudicators will compare the inventory and schedule of condition at the beginning of the tenancy against the check out report conducted at the end of the tenancy. They will independently review whether the claim amount submitted by the Landlord is fair.
Your review is unfair and your claims are unfounded. We have acted on behalf of our landlord client who have rightly received compensation. This decision has been made by an independent, impartial and qualified professional.
