Heywoods, totally up-front and honest right from the outset. Chelsey, the agent, explained exactly how they would do the marketing with pictures and videos, how they would handle viewings and nailed the price point. She listened closely to us about the house and put it all together for a great pitch and how value could be added for the buyers. Sold within a week! Great service and communication throughout including pressing for completion dates.

Rang to arrange viewings for 3 separate properties in the last 2 weeks. Two of which apparently sold prior to me ringing. Even after 2 weeks of telling me over the phone it was sold; one of the listings still hasn't been marked Sold STC on Rightmove, Zoopla or even their own website. Waste of time. Clearly just to get their number of properties up so they look like a popular estate agent. The one viewing I did manage to get, I was greeted by somebody unable to answer a single question I had because they 'weren't from the office'. Definitely would not sell using this estate agent. Hate to imagine what actually buying a property is like when this is the service they provide when being paid to sell the house.

GoogleI wonder if the clients selling properties through Heywoods Newcastle-under-Lyme realise that their sales staff don't bother to call back prospective purchasers to arrange viewings. Very poor

Your number was noted down with two numbers the wrong way around, once this was identified we called, left a voicemail and followed up with an email with our viewing availability. GoogleRecently asked about a maintainence work, and the agent did not help me. She said, the owner cannot be contactable. Upon asking the owner, he says, he was never away, and haywood never relied the message to him. Bad communication. Heywood does not work for the good of others, in my experience.
