Throughout the sale Mark gave a balanced opinion at every stage. He always explained carefully and fully. Whenever a decision had to be made he presented and discussed the advantages and disadvantages so that the best way forward could be decided. Selling 2 properties into one must have been a real nightmare - but everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Pretty poor experience on a few occasions with Folwells. Some family members have said they were rude when dealing with them on the phone. Also, drove over an hour for them to essentially tell me they were already going with someone else with no other explanation. I understand this happens but don’t make other people waste their time if you already know. Pretty poor experience and won’t be using again.

I've not had great experiences with buying and selling houses before. This was quite different. We were selling. Good advice on marketing, clear explanation of their costs, we followed the marketing advice, and we had a sale agreed in 4 days!!! Clear and appropriate liaison after that and throughout........really faultless, and that doesn't happen very often with anything these days. Searches with the local authority are taking 9 weeks apparently, so it was a little over 3 months from agreeing sale to exchange and completion, but that wasn't Follwells - indeed, they did what they could to diplomatically nudge things along and reassure both us and the buyers. I'd use Follwells again without hesitation.
