Absolutely fantastic service from Follwells .. our first contact was with Helen , who was so knowledgeable and experienced within the property market , she listened to our needs whilst giving advice wisely . Then we met with John and mark for the valuation , they are very honest and do not inflate the price merely to get the property , they price to sell the property , whilst taking in considering what price you would like to achieve . Last but most certainly not least , Pam was our main contact , I can honestly say Pam was an absolute god send , if Pam didn’t answer an email within the hour , you knew it was her day off , she was so personable and always chased feedback promptly !! We sold our property within 2 days in October ! and completed within 8 weeks . All along getting regular updates from Pam and chasing solicitors without us needing to . Pam is a breath of fresh air !! Having dealt with several estate agents in the past Follwells certainly go above and beyond .

Moving for the first time in over forty years we consulted a number of local estate agents. From our first meeting with Mark we were very impressed and confident in his knowledge and expertise. I have used this family run estate agents twice so far. The first time I was a first time buyer, buying my first home alone. The second time I asked them to sell that same home for me. When I was a first time buyer I found every one of the staff there, from the owners down to the staff answering the office phone and all the staff in between, more than willing to help me through the entire process. They were all patient with my questions, took the time to answer them fully, they offered me reassurance when I needed it and responded to me promptly. They spoke to me not only about the house, but how the process of buying works, the mortgage, timescales etc. They all continued to support me right up to the day I collected the keys. One even discussed where I could get a pipe from for under the sink!! Due to the excellent service I received, when the time came to sell on that property, I did not hesitate to contact them again. Again, the levels of patience and communication were outstanding. (I work and live out of area now so I am not the easiest person to arrange an appointment with. But they worked with me.) My home was listed for sale promptly and an offer accepted within a week. The entire team made themselves available to me whenever I needed and however was suitable for me. Whether that was in person, by text, email or phone. Even including evenings and weekends! The gentleman that was selling my property for me could not have worked any harder. He informed me of all offers when they were made, discussed the pros and cons with me, negotiated matters on my behalf and achieved the best purchase price for my home, even including some of the items within it. He chose to negotiate final offers on his day off from work, whilst flying to another country on a family holiday. I don't think you can get better service than that. He went above and beyond what was necessary. I could have waited until Monday. I think that it is important to remember that whilst we all have careers, we also have families and other commitments. There is only so much that we can do and only so much we should be expected to do, we are all human. When buying a property for the first time or any time, it is important to keep that in mind, to show some patience, understand how much work they put in and how hard they try to balance the needs of the vendors, purchasers and their own family lives. These are the people you will need to put you forward as a reliable purchaser to a vendor, the people who will fight your corner to get you a property that you love when you may not be in the strongest position or may not have the best offer on the table. Not alienating them is in your interests too. I would not hesitate to use Follwells again and would urge others to use them, instead of using a large chain or an internet company. In my experience, you cannot beat the service that they offer.

This family business go's all out, to make sure that both as a buyer or seller, you get personal and professional service throughout the whole process. Nothing is too much trouble (including John measuring my car to see if it actually did fit into our prospective new garage - thank you John!) Their fees are very competitive, and their marketing prices are realistic, Progress calls are regularly made by Vicky and Pam, which is most reassuring during such a stressful time. If anyone is thinking of selling their house please do not hesitate to use Follwells. Follwells sold our property in March 2019. I can honestly say the service was outstanding, all the staff were absolutely brilliant and were there to support throughout. The sale went through quickly and efficiently and the staff communicated with us and the buyers throughout the whole process. I have never really had good experiences with estate agents in the past but Follwells stand out from the crowd. I was confident we could achieve our asking price which we did within 24 hours of the property going on the market. John offered excellent advice on pricing the property to ensure we would achieve our asking price as quick as possible. My advice would be to listen to him and do what he says. I felt like the staff cared about us as people and we weren’t just another sale or commission payment; the team were genuine and caring from the initial valuation to the end. Now we have found a house to buy we have just instructed Tom to complete a survey for us on our next property and again this has been sorted out in minutes with ease. Also a big thank to Pam who was always there for both me and our buyer she looked after us both perfectly! Thank you Follwells you really should be everyone’s only choice when selling their property and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Follwells to anybody.

The agent never showed up on the viewing appointment. I had a viewing booked a couple of days ago. I confirmed the booking on the call and received a message for the viewing, too. I travelled 40 miles, spent 1h driving to reach the property. Waited 30-40 mins outside the property, but the viewing agent never showed up. I couldn't call the agency at the time as they were closed, so I called the next day and spoke to the company owner. Still waiting to know what excuse they have for it.

I asked Tom Follwell to carry out the survey on a property I was hoping to buy. I chose Tom because he had previously carried out a survey on a property I was selling and he was extremely thorough. He took about 5 times longer than previous surveyors and I was really impressed. Tom carried out the survey on my potential house purchase. The report was excellent and very telling.
