We needed to sell my Mothers house, but both my sister an live in the South of England, so getting to the property in Stoke on Trent was never easy or quick. We had another Estate Agent that had failed to sell the house and only wanted to take the Price down! We engaged Follwells and within weeks it had sold for the asking Price! The process of selling a house is never easy, but Follwells made it easy! Doing a lot of chasing various Solicitors up, etc, on our behalf. They went above and beyond, therefore if you need an Estate Agent my recommendation is use Follwells you WILL NOT be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Follwells highly enough- if it was not for them I would not be sitting here in my beautiful house that we saw on their website and instantly fell in love with! In November '25 we didnt even have our own house on the market. Fast forward 10 weeks and we 're now living in the house that we fell in love with and are still pinching ourselves! We saw the house and rang Follwells to arrange a viewing. They organised this very quickly and then followed up the next day for feedback. When we said that we were very interested and asked them for their help to put our property on the market, they arranged this very quickly and helped us to navigate our way through the process. They kept us fully informed and talked through everything with us in a very caring and professional manner. Follwells came up with the idea of a house swap with the owner of the property as they thought that our house may be what she was looking for. The owner of the property we wanted came to view ours and bought it before our house had been properly released onto the market, which saved us a lot of inconvenience and stress. If we hadn't signed up with Follwells I highly doubt that this venture would have been possible! Throughout the transaction the team kept in close contact with us and chased up with the solicitors every week, keeping us fully informed. Mark, Tom, Helen and the rest of the team- thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for enabling this dream to become possible and we are forever grateful to you!! We love our house so much- thankyou for making this such a smooth and stress- free journey!!!

We recently sold our house using Follwells estate agency. I can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism and effectiveness: • When we decided to sell, the whole process was executed with great efficiency, the house inspected, the valuation made, the photos taken and the video tour recorded by professionals, the copy written and signed off by us, and the ad posted on both Follwells’ website and on Rightmove. • Viewings were arranged with the minimum of fuss, with full consultation and confirmation beforehand, and feedback secured and passed on to us afterwards. • We’d sold the house within six weeks, and the process through to exchange of contracts and completion was handled calmly and competently. • Follwells also dealt with an offer we put in on another house, helped us arrange a surveyor’s report, and dealt sympathetically with both ourselves and the vendor when we decided not to proceed. • At all stages, with both the sale of our house and the aborted purchase of another, they advised us and kept us fully informed about what was going on. To conclude, being a small local firm, Follwell’s knowledge of property in the area, their willingness to let us know when suitable houses were about to come onto the market, and their friendly advice at every stage of both selling and buying, turned what we’ve always found in the past to be a very stressful process into a piece of cake. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of personal attention was hugely impressive. In short, I can recommend Follwells without reservation, they’re the best!

Excellent service. Following a previous sale falling through at the last minute after 5 months (with another Estate agents), I was apprehensive about remarketing the property. I was reassured by Follwells that they would monitor the sale very closely and address any issues promptly to avoid another lengthy transaction that could result with another failed sale. All viewings were carried out by themselves which resulted in an offer within a few days. I was kept well informed during the sale process, and Vicky was very proactive, making sure any potential delays were avoided by her great communication between ourselves and all other relevant parties. The whole process completed very quickly. I would definitely use Follwells again.

Having had bad experiences with larger estate agent chains in the past, I’d decided only to use smaller, family-run independent businesses moving forward. So when a colleague recommend Follwells to me, as she’d had a great experience selling her property with them, I decided to give them a go. I was so pleased with them from start to finish. The team are great, very responsive. Really happy with the photos & listing on RightMove. I got some great tips on how to prepare the property for viewings. Having used Follwells in the past we certainly weren’t going to use any other Estate Agents, this is the third house they have sold for us and from start to finish they were brilliant. Mark came out to value our property and advised us on how the current market was performing. He arranged a professional photographer to come out and take photos including Ariel shots which were AMAZING. This was my 2nd time using Follwells Estate Agents, and with good reason, they get the job done. They make it their business to go above and beyond in finding out what you need to know about keeping your move and chain going and as stress free as possible. After selling my property on the 2nd viewing last September they kept myself and more importantly my buyer upto date and informed when we hit a stumbling block with the first house we were buying. They assured us our buyer was committed and put us at ease, and 8 months later we moved last week. I discussed with Tom Follwell, the level of survey I needed on a relatively new property and after a full explanation of each, I chose a level higher than I had originally thought necessary. That decision was fully validated because Tom’s survey report was far more detailed than I expected and confirmed some of my own observations. It was professionally written and presented and included a comprehensive list of topics to include in the property search as well as questions to ask of the vendors before signing contracts. After becoming aware of Follwells during a first time buyers event back in July 2025 i kept note of their services for when the time came to purchase a house. Fast forward to Feb 2026 and that time came. We used Follwells for our Level 2 property survey on our house - even though the house wasnt being sold through follwells we were treated just as well as any of the other reveiws state. Tom gave clear communication through his emails from my first inital enquriy and when the report was sent across it was very easy to read and understand. Highly reccomend using Follwells if you need a property survey doing for your house to understand more about your property.

My friend had given up on selling the attractive little terraced house he owned in Newcastle-under-Lyme after its failure to sell with another agent. Moving to a new area can be difficult, especially when you don't know which business can be good or bad. Our first interaction in Shropshire (Surprise) was with Tom Follwell who completed the survey on our property.
