GoogleFolwells are independent - and that makes a huge difference to how buyers and sellers (we were sellers) are treated, They have no hidden agendas, no one tries to sell you the add-on services that come with using an agent that is part of a chain or owned by a faceless company. We were given fair and honest advice from the first meeting and when a sale was agreed, they were constantly in touch to keep us updated.

Through exchanging contacts and the completion of the sale, the communication has been excellent and Vicky has been the knight in shinning armour, I cannot praise her enough. I would always recommend Follwells and I would definitely use them again.

GoogleOutstanding service from Follwells on the sale of our family home! After been messed around by another local estate agent we decided to move to Follwell as they'd had success selling other properties in the area. The service from John, Helen and Sian was first class. They showed buyers around for us and provided feedback straight away. Once a sale was agreed the service from start to finish was outstanding. They kept us updated throughout the process, thus making the sale of our much loved family home a breeze. I'd have no hesitation in using Follwell again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Mark was fantastic in helping us get our property on the market and going above and beyond in answering all the questions we had for him. Communication was a standout quality throughout the process. Not only did the Follwells team always pick up the phone and quickly responded to our enquiries (unlike many other estate agents from experience), but Helen kept us informed at every step. GoogleFollwells have recently sold my bungalow and I was very pleased with the service they provided. Dealing with a local estate agent was very beneficial as they had local market knowledge and valued my property very close to the final selling price. I asked Follwells to manage the complete sale and they accompanied all the viewings which was really good as I did not need to engage with the purchaser of my property. Overall I was very pleased with the service Follwells provided and I would recommend them to anyone to sell a property.

GoogleSo after 5 months of stress, we finally moved in to our new forever home on the 20th December! To say Helen and the Follwells team were key to this move is an understatement! Without Helen, I still don't think we'd be in now. Helen's communication throughout, with the Vendors, vendor's solicitors and even our own estate agents and solicitors was instrumental in us being able to complete before Christmas and enjoying (although hectic) our first Christmas and New Year in our new home! Mark also went above and beyond during our initial 3 viewings of the property and helping us to negotiate the sale.
