I sold my flat. Follwell's communication was excellent. I had weekly updates after the offer was accepted. This reduced the anxiety of the whole process. Staff chased up solicitors and sped up the sale. I would always use a local company for the bespoke service they offer. I was not disappointed & I will definitely use Follwell again.

I've had 2 experiences with this company: 1) arranged a house viewing, me and my partner both had to finish work early to get there only to arrive and be told by the owners that they had agreed a sale yesterday, and that Follwells had told them they had cancelled all other visits. Follwells did not call, text or email anything to say it was cancelled. A complete waste of time, petrol, money etc. 2) We made an offer on another property and we were emailed by them to say they would contact us the following afternoon with an update either way. They close at 5pm. 3pm I called because I'd had no contact, they said they would ask the person dealing with the offer what was happening. 4.30 pm still no contact so I called they again and again they said they will chase up. We finally got a response to an email after all the chasing. I am a first time buyer so I'm new to having to deal with estate agents, but the service from this company is not acceptable in my opinion.
