From evaluating our property much higher than we thought and getting it sold within 1 week, all the way to handling a stressful last day completion and exchange - often being the first to inform us of events, sometimes days before even our own solicitors! GoogleI sold my flat. Follwell's communication was excellent. I had weekly updates after the offer was accepted. This reduced the anxiety of the whole process. Staff chased up solicitors and sped up the sale. I would always use a local company for the bespoke service they offer. I was not disappointed & I will definitely use Follwell again.

GoogleWe contacted Follwell’s needing a survey quite quickly. Tom Follwell produced a thorough report. He also recommended a wall tie and damp specialist, something I have not needed previously so this was very helpful. The report will help with our refit. Would recommend.
