Clare Black is very quick to respond to any questions and emails with suggestions for available properties with best suitable for the requirements I have. GooglePaula was fantastic at supporting us through unforeseen circumstances with our purchase delays and we really appreciate the work and professionalism she put in facing difficult conversations. Sadly everything didn't work out after 6 months we had to withdraw our offer, but this was out of jones Robinson hands and we really value the effort from the whole team throughout our journey. Nothing was too much trouble and I always had very quick responses, to, what must have been very obvious questions! GooglePaula Rudge, What an outstanding person, I was about to throw the towel in and call it a day because of solicitors, but Paula came to my rescue working long hours even though she had finished work at 3pm she was still sorting things out for me well after 6pm. Keeping us informed on a weekly basis, courtesy calls, plus emails making sure we were kept up to date. We cannot fault their professionalism and empathy during what has been a bitter-sweet sale for the both of us. GoogleAs developers new to the area we didn't know the local estate agents, so when it came to selling we invited a few to come and see the almost-finished properties. Paul Hodgson came and he was very straight and very professional right from the start...and so Jones Robinson was an easy choice for us. Offers were secured quickly and the houses were off the market within weeks, even before they were fully finished. Sales progression was excellent with very regular chasing by Paula and updates for us along the way. GoogleI went through the Newbury branch of Jones Robinson to purchase a flat and had contact with Claudia in the sales team. As a first time buyer I was slightly worried about the process as I did not have the best knowledge of the process of purchasing a house. Claudia made it incredibly easy for me and helped with booking of viewings as well as keeping me updated with any properties that came on to the market that fit my criteria. I also had help from Beth with having my offer accepted once I had found a property as well as helping me with a few queries that arose about the property once my offer had been accepted.
