GoogleWould highly recommend! We met the agent at the property who was friendly and knowledgeable. The negotiations with Paul were transparent and proactive but the star of the show was Tayler Reynders. Her customer service was excellent, she asked more detailed questions than I'd experienced before and helped me find a viewing that worked for my busy schedule getting us one step closer to our dream home. Great experience.

GoogleGreat service from Jones Robinson. We're buying through them and dealt with Paula Rudge from the Newbury office. She updated us weekly and even with our prolonged sale, she touched base with us regularly, in fact more than the estate agents we were using to sell our own house! GoogleMy partner and I had a negative experience with a previous estate agent so had little to no expectations with Jones Robinson, however we were pleasantly surprised. We were specifically helped by Marcus Wenczek who was friendly, honest and kept us in the loop of every stage of our process. I would recommend the agency and certainly Marcus.

GoogleWe've had excellent service from Jones Robinson. Paula is amazing at arranging things as quickly as possible and Ed's market knowledge and sales experience helped us understand our position better. But what really sets them apart from other estate agents is that the team is very friendly and caring and have a very human approach to the property business which is extremely important when we're talking about such big life events as moving house.

GoogleJude was very friendly towards my mum and I all through out my viewing. She happily answered any questions I through her way in as much detail as she could. She allowed me to have a good look around including measuring out spaces to see if furniture fit which was very helpful for me.

GoogleI highly recommend Paul Hodgson and the team at Jones Robinson. They stood out from the start because they do what they say they're going to do. Paul gave a clear explanation of the proposed asking price and the strategy for selling, the brochure looked great and you could tell they were selling a home not a house. Paul got us a great price for our house and then with the conveyancing team kept our chain together, which cannot have been easy. They worked hard for us, provided clear communication and gave us some great advice. We're in our fantastic new family home. Thank you Paul and all the Jones Robinson team for getting us here

GooglePaul Evans and Nikki Simpson were both very professional and diplomatic selling our house.We are a separated couple and have new partners so it was complicated but they dealt with it easily and kept us all informed.The house sold quickly and for the price we wanted .Both Paul Evans and Nikki Simpson called us on a regular basis to update us on progress.I have used Jones Robinson before and will use them again,I can definitely recommend them as honest and professional agents and they have a sense of humour which helps with the stress levels
