GoogleUpon inquiry of a property to view, Tayler was ever so helpful in sorting a time that suited us as well as giving us all the relevant information. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she was not only quick to respond to myself but also called the vendor and managed to sort an earlier viewing to help us with childcare which was very much appreciated.

GoogleJust a crap tbh . First of all our 15-18 days were wasted and they are making fraud of claiming the deposit money now by making false claim . It doesn’t even make sense , first they took the deopist money that everything is good and we will moving inside the house called flate 8 , rothwell house . And after 20 days they are suddenly saying the landlord is not gonna go forward with your application . Like does it even make sense? Because they said everything is good , we also sent a termination later to the landlord of the place we are currently living in , and now our last days here is 9 sep , in such a short period of time how we are gonna find another house for rent just tell me that kindly !!!! And on all of these stupid things , they are saying we can’t refund the money back like seriously!!!! My wife is a professional nurse , we are having our own flate in london , and i work in caprinos as insider , and they are saying we can’t afford it , why you didn’t told that to us before . That now right at the every end your making excuses , Just a crap a crap , the worse property dealer , i Have interected with in my whole life . What kind a credit score your talking about , I bought a house in Central London , what are you talking about seriously , if my credit score wasn’t good enought , I wouldn’t be able to buy a house in the main area of london . What stupid excuss
All tenants are required to be credit checked for the reassurance of our landlords, we are unable to elaborate any further in a public domain.

GoogleWas not very impressed. The letting department suggested a price of £1,300 for my Parkway flat. I argued it was worth more and and got a reply saying that they'll try £1,400 but "will bring it back down after a week if no interest". I got 3 offers at the asking price in the first week !! Then when the tenant wanted to buy the property they just outsourced the liaison to another company and despite a very difficult negotiation lasting over 1 year, not a single call from Jones Robinson. The only call I got from them was when they wanted their commission....
We are disappointed to read your comments and as a result have sought clarification on the circumstances surrounding this property from both our lettings team and sales team. Our lettings team confirmed that we let this property at £1500 per month on a let-only basis, not on a managed property contract, so would not have had cause to contact you during the course of the tenancy. Our sales team have advised that both you and the buyer were updated either every week or every fortnight, by email, during the period of the sale, by our dedicated sales progressor, Amanda at ASAP who assisted Jones Robinson on this occasion. The sale took longer than normal due to a deed of variation being required, a requirement to obtain an EWS1 and works that the block managers had to carry out before completion, which were unfortunately out of our control.
