I can honestly say the experience of selling our property with Jones Robinson has been the best! The whole team are friendly and couldn't be more helpful or professional. We dealt with Mollie throughout the process and she was absolutely superb! She came out to value the property initially, spoke us through how everything would work and dealt with all of the marketing and viewings etc. All communication was really clear and she would always make herself available to discuss how things were going and to help answer any questions we had. I cannot thank Mollie enough for everything she has done. She made one of the most stressful experiences of both buying and selling a property, really enjoyable! We will definitely use Jones Robinson again in the future I and couldn't recommend them to others enough. Thanks to Mollie and the rest of the Newbury team!

Jones Robinson are so helpful! At our first viewing we had Matt who showed us around, brought all relevant information and was able to answer or find out and get back to us with any questions we had. Super friendly and made a scary process as first time buyers so enjoyable! When we purchased the property we worked with Paula who has been so amazing! As first time buyers were were apprehensive but Paula helped us throughout the entire process, checking in with us regularly and answering any questions we had. We complete today and we cannot thank Paula enough for her hard work and care she took throughout our entire process. We will definitely be using Jones Robinson again in the future and couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Paula and your wonderful team at the Newbury Branch.

Due to a misunderstanding I arrived to the appointment late but Jude Buckley was there to save my day! She has the biggest heart ( I am very perceptive) and is very professional as well. I'm very grateful she showed what she could with the time constraints we had. Thank you so much, now I just hope I'll get the property I want! Everyone at Jones Robinson at Newbury is very helpful and professional. We had a few viewings from this estate agency in the past and they were always very well prepared and know lots of details about the property. Currently I am helping a couple to look for a rented accommodation and wasn't let down. Matt responded to the query within few minutes and was extremely helpful. Excellent agency. I used the services of the rental department. Very responsive, call back quickly. Agent Marcus was very attentive and it was easy to arrange a viewing of the house with him. Another agent Sarah kindly showed the house, listened to our wishes. Despite the fact that many agencies are not very good at contacting Ukrainians, this agency has shown that they are fair to everyone and give everyone the opportunity to be their client. I would like to call out Clare Black and Vanessa Burgess for their awesome service over the last 7 days. Clare was able to help us during a stressful time and made me feel incredibly calm, she kept us informed and was always very approachable and friendly. Sold my flat with JR recently Paula Rudge was first class in making it happen, I literally don’t think we would have got it over the line without her and the solicitor Moore Barlow. If you are selling once you have agreed the sale insist on Paula to progress the transaction, she was dedicated to the point of canceling leave to get it over the line. Whatever JR are paying Paula it’s not enough.
