Gemma is 5 star! Indeed... everyone that I have dealt with at Jones Robinson deserve awards for customer service. Rarely have I come across a company where dealing with members of staff is always a pleasant experience with no problem or request too much trouble. Yes, problems do occur as in all industries, and landlord / tenancy is no exception, but when issues happen they are tackled as a team, with Gemma the outstanding point person.

I can only speak incredibly positively when it comes to my experience of dealing with Alex. I’ve been in contact with Alex for over 8 months as we went under offer on our property and searched for a new home. Alex called me every few weeks to see how we were progressing and to discuss any houses Jones Robinson had coming on that may be suitable. While at times I had to give him bad news that our sale had fallen through or we were still waiting on exchange, he never wavered in his commitment to staying in contact and helping us find a new home. He was the only agent out of all the local estate agents who kept in constant contact like this and it really felt as if he was on our side. He was never pushy or salesy. I always felt I could be honest with him and he listened. If we needed more time before looking at properties he’d check back in a couple of weeks. If we didn’t like what we’d seen, or what he was sending us, he took that on board and we moved on. He also managed to get us into properties on some of the first viewings as he knew exactly what we were after. I’m pleased to say that we finally managed to find a property that we loved and Alex and his team helped us get our offer accepted. All I can say, is don’t be put off by speaking every couple of weeks or the ongoing calls. Building this communication paid off for us hugely and we’re hugely appreciative of the time and dedication Alex put into finding us our next home.

From start to finish Jones Robinson handled our house sale amazingly, from James’ initial visit, there was no pressure and at each step as we moved towards going onto the market the communication from James was spot on. All the team who dealt with everything throughout the process including Kate, Samantha, Wendy, Tayler, and Rhys were very professional and helpful. The biggest thank you of all has to go to Paul, always calm and reassuring no matter what bumps appeared in the road, and he went above and beyond with extra phone calls and advice whenever we needed him. Thank you to everyone, but Paul you are truly outstanding!

Jude was assigned for our property inspection this time. She was so professional at her work, we didn't feel interfered during her visit to us. "My experience with this real estate agency has been nothing short of disappointing. The level of service I received was truly pathetic, and the unprofessionalism displayed by their staff was beyond comprehension. It's evident that the agents lack experience and seem to be solely focused on extracting money from customers for bookings as quickly as possible. We had a wonderful experience with Jones Robinson. They were very friendly and super efficient throughout the whole process. Becky was very responsive and arranged for us to see the property within a couple of days of finding it on their website. On our way home from the viewing she had already sent us all the necessary information by email. Vanessa and her team were amazing and guided us through the reference and contract process smoothly and quickly, despite some challenges along the way. Delighted with the service we have received from jones Robinson. We had a very poor experience from previous estate agents, and the change over was completely different. With jones Robinson, you are continually kept up-to date with viewings and email notifications. I had weekly called from James, as promised, who has been excellent from day one, and is a nice guy. He just wants to sell houses!! Rhys has been excellent with keeping you in the loop and always gets back to you. Jack has done a few viewings at the house and when we’ve seen him, he’s always given a professional response and is well mannered. Taylor has been great when dealing with. She gave us the news that we had a offer and seemed just as excited! On the whole, jones Robinson have been excellent, I would recommend them to anyone selling their property and the service you receive is fabulous. Looking back we should have gone with them from the very beginning and not with the agents before them! Well done jones Robinson, and thank you.
