GoogleExreamly poor with little to no transparency on exchange and completion timescales. No idea not customer care, you could be waiting months to exchange and complete, a carrot of information and excuses will be given to keep you hanging on.
Dear Garry, I am extremely sorry for the way in which this whole saga has turned out for you and I do not blame you at all for being so upset however I must address some of the claims made in your review. It is clear from our records that we couldn't have been more open and communicative than we have been with you and that we certainly do care about co-operating with our customers. Throughout the sale we were reliant on the information that was provided by the developer, the anticipated completion dates that we passed on to you were ones given to us and we are sorry that none of those dates provided materialised. I completely understand your disappointment but I do not accept that we are culpable of poor communication or customer care. As I have offered many times previously, please call me if you would like to discuss this further.
