Dear Mr Beale, We are very disappointed to ready your negative review. The situation with the apartment you first reserved was incredibly unfortunate but as you know we could not move you into the apartment due to safety reasons beyond our control. I have spoken to the lettings team and understand that as soon as the issue became apparent they advised you of this and offered alternative accommodation solutions for you which include the apartment you are now moved into. I have asked the property management team to contact you as soon as possible.
