Very pleased with the service we have received from Jones Robinson in selling our house. The whole team have been fantastic throughout and have kept us up to date at all times, whilst being friendly and professional. Paul, Harris and Karen have particularly stood out for us and I feel reassured that they have done everything they can to help us sell at a good price. Would absolutely recommend.

Property not checked over to make sure items are working before we (tenants) moving in, no support from agents, waiting over two weeks for plumbing to be sorted, 2 bathrooms available but only been able to use one, leaks around the property so not able to use facilities properly, would NOT RECOMMEND. Worst experience.

Despite challenges selling my property as a result of breakdowns lower down chain, Jones Robinson has kept at it. Note in particular that Paula Rudge keeps me informed weekly as sale progresses, which is very reassuring.

My partner and I have booked for house viewing through this agency. Can't comment on the quality of the houses yet as we haven't seen in person but the pictures are well presented and customer service is excellent and polite. We were served by Caitlin and Marcus who were both very pleasant to speak with :)

We had to find a rental property pretty quickly due to our circumstances at the property we live in, Clare & Lucy have been amazing throughout our very quick journey to find somewhere and be accepted.
