I have just sold for the second time through Jones Robinson, which is testament to how brilliant they are. When I came to selling again, I didn’t even consider any of the other agents. They give you prompt feedback after every viewing, and once you have a buyer, assign someone in the office to personally oversee your sale/purchase! We happened to also be purchasing through Jones Robinson, and I can honestly say I didn’t find the process at all stressful. There are some real gems working here! So thank you everyone for all your hard work and professionalism. I will absolutely recommend Jones Robinson to anyone looking for a quality agents in Newbury and surrounding areas!

Beccy semed very plesent and helpful. I'm hopeful that Jones Robinson will assist with my property search. The viewings consultant Kate Johnson greets me at the property. With no luck as yet she remains positive that the right property is out there for my needs.

We've had a fantastic experience with Jones Robinson and Jo and Toyah are quite simply a powerhouse! They have kept us informed every step of the way - from the initial valuation through to the final stages of the selling process. Having to navigate viewings through lockdown was tricky for us as vendors but Jo and Toyah managed the process perfectly and with sensitivity. They are quite simply the most proactive estate agents out there!

We had a very bad experience with jonesrobinson last year in November.I would like to highlight their inflexible policies and lack of empathy. My partner did share the complete details of the issue/problem but of no use. If you are a new immigrant it’s big NO and stay away from jonesrobinson.

We understand your frustration and have reiterated once more that holding deposits are non-refundable for all potential tenants, an important matter that is explained at the time of securing a property and which requires an accompanying signed agreement. We have to be fair for all customers and do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race; religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

Being a Landlord that wants the best for my tenants, but without all the stress that’s involved, I wanted a Personalised Managed Service. Anna is amazing and nothing is too much trouble and I know that I can rely on her to sort out any issues that arise without having to let me know. It’s great for my own peace of mind and sanity!!

Absolutely amazing lettings team here, Marcus and Vanessa have both massively helped me and my family in a very stressful situation. I spoke with this lovely lady named Anisha. I was looking for rentals in Newbury. There are not many in the market and Anisha promised to book me in for a viewing as soon one becomes available. As promised, she booked me in for a viewing against a cancellation. Much appreciated.
