GoogleFrom initial consultation to completion it has been a pleasure to deal with Jones Robinson, Charles Robinson was exceptional he went beyond the call of duty and made what was a very difficult sale as stress free as possible. Calls to the office were handled professionally Rachel, Caroline and Lisa were fantastic and always did what they said they would do. The service received from Jones Robinson far exceeded my expectations.

They're assisting us with buying a new property and their service really stands out compares to others in the area, if we were to sell our property, I'd definitely approach them first. GoogleJust wish if I could give 0 stat. A very irresponsible and ignorant staff with no respect to people’s lives or circumstances. After arranging a viewing, and came over 3 hours travel time they managed (Lucy) to rent the place to someone else and not inform us with a call or email to cancel the viewing. Very unprofessional service and I add to the other comment that is there, RUDE, IGNORANT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. Having a disrespectful behaviour and attitude, talking and do things behind customers, making fun with other colleagues about customers while doing a viewing. I have never got something sorted or even a call back regards another property, only once after ages and I called in and talked to someone. After paying a holding deposit for an apartment and done everything required, landlord changed mind and decides not to go with the tenancy, and yet still no refund for the holding deposit and got charged for referencing. As an experience, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND JONES ROBINSONS to people who are looking for easy life and rent without issues

We are obviously disappointed to read your comments, however, on checking with our Lettings department, we have processed a full refund of your holding deposit today, we have not charged you for the referencing and we are unable to comment regarding the landlord's decision. As you will see from our many other legitimate reviews, our staff are certainly not as you describe.

GoogleThe team here were absolutely brilliant. I needed to move really quickly and they went out of their way to make this happen for me. From the point of my first enquiry about the room I was moved in within 2.5 weeks. They were always available via phone/email and response times were brilliant. All the paperwork, references etc were very legit and I was in contact with correct person at each stage. I am extremely pleased with the service, namely Sian, Freyea and Vanessa who I had close contact with. However, every individual I spoke to throughout the process was an asset to the team. They keep you constantly updated with the progress of your application and are also young person friendly in terms of references/payslips which as a newly employed student is brilliant. I had a very low availability due to distance/working and they accommodated that from the viewing times to my parents collecting the keys. I could not recommend this estate agent enough and I would definitely use them again Overall, my experience with Jones Robinson meant that even during Covid-19, I found a really suitable property for me and they reduced the stress of this process 10-fold.
