GoogleMy partner and I have been looking for our first home to rent. We had no clue what to look for or ask about when viewing a property. Matt from Jones Robinson was great and I can not reccomend him enough! He took the time to go over every small detail and gave great advice on what to say and do when It came to applying for a property for the first time. So far the overall experience has been professional, quick and Britney has gone above and beyond to keep us both informed on the whole process. First time home owners, I 100% reccomend Jones Robinson.

GoogleOur only regret with Jones Robinson is that we didn't use them sooner! After having a nightmare with the first agent we listed our house with, we decided to swap estate agents and try again. We met with Ed Taylor who spent the time going through how Jones Robinson works and from that we knew they were in a different league. The photos were so much better, and the video tour showcased our property just as we had wanted for potential buyers. They then sold our house within 4 days of it being on the market with them… We were then introduced to our Sales Progressor, Caroline, who was worth her weight in gold! She did all the chasing with solicitors, if I had a random question, she’d find me the answer, and made everything run so smoothly! We had weekly calls and she took all of the stress associated with moving house away from me… I really can’t recommend Jones Robinson enough! GoogleWe rented a property through Jones Robinson and the one person we highly rate is Vanessa. She quickly picked up our delayed paperwork and completed all outstanding documentation in one day. Her actions took away much of the moving stress and she delivers on what she says she will. If you rent a property through Jones Robinson my advice is to make sure that you deal with her when completing all of the required paperwork. She will look after you and is highly professional and very friendly.

Google'Jo and Toyah have been a wonderful duo to work with. We are not yet over the line, i.e. we have exchanged rather than completed, that said, I have been impressed by their responsiveness, expert knowledge and counsel. Their knowledge of the local property market and their contacts is notable. They are also jolly nice people to speak to. From a seller's perspective it felt like they had their client's interests at heart and would work to achieve the end goal. Very happy to endorse both Jo and Toyah.'
