I have sold my property through Jones Robinson and everything I want to say is a big thank you to Paul Evans and Caroline Maddock. Both did an excellent job from the beginning till the end, very pleasant people to deal with. Caroline was always present during the whole process of the sale, giving the support I needed and chasing up solicitors when necessary and sometimes would even cheer up my days with her jolly mood. I have just purchased a property through Jones Robinson and they have been of invaluable help. Firstly, when I bid for the property, I missed it as I was not best bid. A month down the line the first buyer’s sale fell though. I was lucky to have been dealing with Beth Sharpe, who remembered how much I wanted the property and proactively called me as soon as it became available again. Secondly the sale process took a while with a number of complications. Communicating with Paula Rudge enabled us and the seller to understand each other and navigate through the complications.

Having the difficult job of selling a run down house after the death of its owner, I met up with Paul Hodgson who was incredibly helpful with lots of advice on what was likely to be a tough sale during an economic crisis.
