Grainger is priced to sell to government, their prices are so far out of whack that for the last 5 years I haven't purchased a single item from them. I spend tens of thousands of dollars on maintenance parts ans supplies a year. Don't support them, look elsewhere, the sooner Grainger folds, the sooner our government sponges will have to go look for a competitive price.

Utterly useless from the start of the order to the non-delivery or wrong delivery or any other way you can dream up to fail. Every ... single ... time. I keep thinking I just got a bad break and trying again with Grainger but this is the last time. Incompetent at every step of management and supply chain. Good luck.

Trustpilot235.00 calipers broke after using them 3 times.
purchased 235.00 piece of measuring equipment from them. Used very carefully 3 times in a year and a half. Battery cover pops one of the cheesy plastic tabs that hold the battery in place. Battery wont stay in and now the calipers are useless.Grainger tells me its out of warranty and there's nothing they can do.

The thing I like best about Grainger is that there is no waiting 15 minutes to talk to a real person. Whenever I have a question I simply call and I'm talking to an actual person within 15 seconds. Its also nice being able to buy everything I need from one store. Saves my business a lot of time and hassle.

Grainger is a great industrial supply house with everything I need to keep the company running. Even if I run out of something from a different supplier, chances are I can find it at Grainger. And their customer service is top notch. Probably the main reason I enjoy dealing with Grainger so much. They are an amazing company all around.

I am a fan of Grainger because the site is easy to navigate, find what I am looking for, and get it ordered. They have a great selection and competitive pricing. Also, the chat feature is convenient to use if I have a question. Usually I just rely on the reviews though. Great site! Keep up the good work Grainger!

Horrible company...period. Not sure how they stay in business. Blains Fleet and Farm, Acme Tool, and Home Depot are 1000% better. Had to cancel an order because I could not get a straight answer from anyone. I called corporate and they pushed me back to the bad customer service line. Buyer beware.

Grainger didn't give me a tracking number only a order number, so when ABF (0 star rating) called me for delivery I didn't have a tracking number so they couldn't find my order. Unbelievable that a company this size operates like their working out of a garage.
