What a disappointment. I placed an order for a product on their website and they canceled it two weeks later stating that it was a restricted product. If it was restricted why was it on the website and why did it take so long for it to be cancelled?

Ordered a Milwaukee impact wrench, battery and charger online. A week later Grainger cancelled my ordered without explanation. If I can't trust a supply house company with fulfilling an order they're of no use to me. Would give zero stars if possible.

They display fast shipping times next to products on their website then when you go to actually purchase them the shipping dates are suddenly 2+ weeks later. All the shipping options cost way too much for the abysmally slow delivery rates.

Product I received was not the same as in the picture. After leaving a reasonable but harsh review it was taking down for "inappropriate content". What was inappropriate about it you might ask? The word "False advertising" apparently. Will never shop here again.
