GoogleCould not recommend Andrew Maddock at Carter Jonas Newbury more, his service from start to finish has been excellent and he has really made a very stressful time that little more bearable. He always rang around to chase what was going out and kept me informed. If you are looking for a local trustworthy estate agent then this is the man for you.

GoogleHighly recommend the Carter Jonas team, in particular I dealt with Andrew and Izzy. Exchanged contracts today on a purchase and sale with them. Throughout a very stressful process of buying and selling they made the whole experience a lot more tolerable. Great communication throughout and nothing was to much trouble.

GoogleWe had similar valuations from the three top Newbury agents but the attitude of all staff in the Carter Jonas Newbury office exceeded their competitors by a country mile. Immediately you went in to their office they were welcoming , helpful and very professional. Due to Covid our sale was delayed by our buyer withdrawing on the day of exchange. Within 24 hours CJ rapidly found three new buyers, advised us who was most likely to complete and negotiated a reduction on the price of the house we were buying in Hampshire. Our buyers did not disappoint,and we had a very good offer and a proposal to exchnage and complete on the same day! Congratulations to Ed and all staff at CJ who maintained the highest standards of professionalism throughout the selling process. we are now settled in to our new home.
