GoogleExcellent, friendly and efficient service. Tenant was found and moved in within 10 days of contacting Belvoir. Everything to do with the letting process was very clearly explained and I have been kept very well-informed of all developments etc. Tim has worked tirelessly to make the whole process both understandable and pain free and yet again new tenants have been found extremely quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended

GoogleMyself and my partner have recently rented a property through Belvoir with Helen as our letting agent. From the get go, she has been absolutely fantastic! Every question/query I had she answered promptly and assured my anxieties which is something I suffer with. She chased up everything that was needed to secure our contract quickly and efficiently, which minimised stress our end! Following on from moving in, any issues we had were dealt with by Tracy who, similarly to her colleague Helen, dealt with them very quickly! She made sure all the appropriate people were alerted of any issues that needed dealt with and because of this; were resolved in an expeditious and speedy manner. Highly, highly recommend Belvoir simply down to the two colleagues we have had correspondences with.

Tim helped with a schedule of works which needed doing to the property before being let which was fabulous and very much appreciated. Tim has consistently exceeded our expectations. Such a refreshing change to find a letting agent so dedicated, honest and professional.

He finds suitable tenants quickly and when problems with the property have occurred he has efficiently found contractors to complete work to a high standard in a short time frame and for a good price. GoogleAvoid, sided with the landlord at every opportunity possible to try and extract as much money out of the tenant. Don't let the good reviews fool you, they are as mediocre as any other letting agent.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It is absolutely true that we work for the landlord, and that when a tenant leaves a property damaged or dirty we will seek deductions from the deposit to put the landlord back in the same position they were in at the start of the tenancy, less fair wear & tear. The vast majority of our tenancies end without deductions from the deposit - as most tenants will leave a property clean and undamaged. When we do have to make deductions at the end of a tenancy, the deduction will be for an appropriate proportion of the actual cost of works. We do not charge a mark-up or a booking fee to contractors.
