Any questions we asked were answered swiftly. Overall very friendly and lovely credit to the belvoir team. Very happy with our experience with both of these two.

GoogleIt was wonderful, stress-free and a pleasure to view properties with Belvoir. Helen and everyone else, were always ready to help, and very friendly. We have been with Belvoir since May 2022 and the experience has been great. Belvoir does regular checks, and always asks if we have any concerns. I recommend Belvoir if you are looking for a property.

Have been very impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness and efficiency in finding a tenant and managing the repairs that were needed to the property. His advice and knowledge of the local property market has been excellent and I have appreciated that he has kept me updated every step of the way. It's great to know my rental property is in safe hands and there is nothing I need to worry about.

Any issues I’ve had have been resolved straight away and they communicate everything. GoogleAgent arrived on time for viewing, kept me update on the tenancy agreement, and provided a welcome pack when collecting keys. A few snags found at check in had workmen on site almost immediately. I would recommend.

GoogleVery slow at getting back to you when you request something or make a complaint. You find yourself as the tenant doing the agency job and chasing things up constantly. Tim's customer service was rude and borderline useless when it comes to emails he has continually blanked requests to email me on an almost constant basis. Would never in my life recommend this agency due to his conduct. I wish I could rate lower.

GoogleI have let and subsequently sold my house though Belvoir. Tim and his colleagues have been consistently reliable, very prompt at replying to me, and always helpful and informative. The detailed and regular inspection reports were excellent and any maintenance needed was dealt with quickly. The photos and video tour produced when my house went on the market were very good.
