Belvoir have just completed the sale of a property in the Newbury area that has taken many months to finalize. The sitting tenants were unable to find a suitable property so this delayed the completion. Tim at Belvoir has been a great help in sorting this out, prior to the sale they handled the letting and have been great in all aspects of the procedures. The owner Tim Hughes is very switched on, was great to deal with & he knows the property market extremely well. Certainly and trustfully I recommend Belvoir Newbury! Last Saturday I had a sudden bathroom drain blockage and panicked a bit as I was waiting guests later that evening.
