Communication is key, especially when chains are involved. Rick says "you were a pleasure to deal with, although its quite rare for him to speak to a buyer further down the chain, we it certainly helped keep things moving!!" GoogleFrom the initial telephone call to the final exchange, each member of the Newton Fallowell team has been incredible. Upfront and honest throughout the process, updating as and when necessary to avoid overwhelming amounts of information! Professionally dealt with a number of external complications swiftly, which were through no fault of ours. Each team member worked tirelessly behind the scenes whilst remaining positive throughout. Moving during a pandemic was not the best idea, but Newton Fallowell made it so much easier with their personal approach to each case and understanding the needs of clients. Thank you so much.

GoogleNewton Fallowell got my house on the market within 2 hours of doing an evaluation, then sold it for the top of the asking price range. Which would have been enough for me to heartily recommend them to be honest, but it was the bit between the offer and completion which made them really stand out. We had difficult, unresponsive solicitors in the chain and all sorts of issues and hold ups. Throughout the process Rick at the office kept the whole thing moving along, was a calming voice in stressful situations and was very patient with me calling him repeatedly in the more difficult periods around exchange. It was an amazing level of customer care and attention, without which I think the sale would have broken down (or possibly I would have had a nervous breakdown along the way). In a global and national shitstorm, fuelled by pandemic and Brexit, not to mention Truss/ Kwarteng, your team, you and Jude at first, and then notably Laura, Sarah, Will, James and Rick, kept me well-informed, sane and reasonably optimistic throughout. When my mind was in shreds with two households on the go, haemorrhaging funds on all accounts, their calls and emails were a lifeline. Direct reviewsWe thought the house sale would be tricky as we don't live in the area and it involved probate. Newton Fallowell were professional and knowledgeable at the initial house viewing and everything about the process got explained. They gave a good valuation and were quick to find a buyer, kept us informed of the progress and contacted us well in advance of us needing to do anything. The team were very friendly and always willing to help. If we wanted to sell another house, we would use them again.

FacebookI have tried/used various estate agents in town and to be fair to him I find Oliver probably the best. Dealt with our moans and groans through a slow sale. Chased up a poor solicitors at Tallents for us. And basically made the situation as good as it could be. If you expect high standards from your estate agent and a good understanding of the market - Oliver@ Newton Fallowell Newark is your man.

They always picked up the phone and always replied very promptly to emails and queries. They went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed at all stages and helped with chasing up other parties to move things along quicker. Can???t recommend them enough.

Very difficult transaction with a long chain but she went above and beyond to ensure we knew what was happening all the way along. Calls were always returned promptly which is very important and she always had the answers. Brilliant service.

FacebookI bought a house 10 years ago & Sarah at Newton Fallowell was amazing. So much so that I’ve now sold this house & only went to them for their marketing expertise. My house sold the day it went ‘live’ online. The whole team are friendly, enthusiastic & nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend them for your estate agency needs.
